Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to earn money or pay off debts. Keep an eye on how much time and money you spend each day.
Signs it is time to act
If you start spending more than you can afford, or gambling gets in the way of daily life, set limits, take a break or exclude yourself, and talk to an independent support service.
Limits you can set
- Deposit limit per day, per week or per month. Crypto payments cannot always be held back by this limit, so use a card or bank method if you want it to apply.
- Loss limit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Wager limit covering the total you bet each day, week or month.
A lower limit starts straight away. A higher limit needs e-mail confirmation and starts only after the current limit of the same type ends.
Cooling-off
Take a break of one week, one month, three months or half a year. During the break you cannot make card or bank deposits and you receive no promotional offers, but you can still withdraw your balance.
Self-exclusion
Close your account for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or for good. The account is disabled at once and you are left out of all promotions for that time. Your remaining balance can still be withdrawn, within our usual payout limits.
To set any of these tools, use your account settings or contact our support team by live chat or e-mail.
Independent help
Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy offer free advice and support.
Keeping minors safe
Only adults aged 18 or over can play with us, and we may ask for proof of age at any time. If children share your device, filtering software such as Net Nanny, CyberPatrol or GamBlock can stop them reaching gambling sites.
