Billy Billion is run by Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica, which acts as the controller of your personal data. Our data protection officer answers any questions about this policy and about your information.

Where it comes from
Most of it comes from you when you sign up, play or talk to us. Some comes from verification services, banks and payment providers, anti-money-laundering databases, regulators and marketing partners.
Why we use it
We use your data to run your account, meet our legal duties on identity checks and money laundering, prevent fraud, keep our systems secure, improve the casino and, where you agree or where it is in our fair interest, send you offers that suit you.
